What counts as eligible spend?
Product value after discounts, excluding GST, delivery, gift cards and any amount paid with store credit. Cancelled, refunded, edited or otherwise ineligible orders may have rewards adjusted.
When is credit added?
After the order is fulfilled and passes the rewards checks. This avoids issuing credit for unavailable, cancelled or changed items.
How do member offers work?
These are occasional offers available only to signed-in Rewards members, such as extra store credit on selected products or categories. They are separate from your standard tier rate.
