How is reward credit calculated?
For orders placed from 5 October 2026, rewards are calculated on eligible product value after discounts, including the GST charged on those products. Delivery and gift cards are excluded. Orders paid with store credit or gift cards, and orders with refunds or changes, may need review before rewards are added. Earlier orders and credit already issued keep their original calculation.
When is my credit added?
After your eligible order is fully paid and fulfilled. Your credit is attached to the customer account used for the purchase.
How do I use my credit?
Sign in to your customer account at checkout to view and use available store credit. For in-store purchases, ask our team to use the same account.
Which rate applies when I reach Gold?
The qualifying order counts towards your tier using eligible spend excluding GST and delivery. If it takes your eligible 12-month spend to $5,000 excluding GST, that order earns the Gold rate of 2% on eligible product spend including GST.
What happens to my Bronze credit when I upgrade?
It keeps its original 12-month expiry. Credit earned while you’re Silver or Gold has no expiry; upgrading does not change the expiry of earlier Bronze credit.

Yes. Use the same customer account online and in store so your eligible purchases stay connected.
