Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Please ensure you can appropriately receive the delivery, monitor tracking, and report any delivery issues (e.g., delays beyond seven business days) to our business email for investigation.
Order Fulfillment
Once an order is placed, funds remain ‘on hold’ until we confirm successful fulfillment. If any item(s) are not immediately in stock, we will begin sourcing them and, if necessary, provide an estimated timeline before processing payment.
Special Order Items: For items marked as “Special Order Item,” we will advise on any lead times before capturing payment. Payment will only be temporarily held until lead times are confirmed.

In-Store Pickup
You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our storefront: Unit 29/72-80 Percival Road, Smithfield, NSW 2164.
• Orders placed for local pickup will be prepared as quickly as possible. If items are in stock, they may be ready the same day (if ordered early). For out-of-stock items, we will source them promptly and keep you informed of any delays.
• Pickup hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm, Saturday: 9am-12pm. Please bring your order confirmation email for verification.
Checking the Status of Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at office@aandswelding.com.au with your order number.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If an order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at office@aandswelding.com.au with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We handle such cases individually to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
