    Bring your equipment to our Smithfield workshop, or arrange courier/freight for suitable items.

  • 3. Assessment & Quote

    Once we receive your equipment, our team inspects and assesses it before providing repair costs or service recommendations.

  • 4. Service, Repair & Collection

    Once approved, we complete the service or repair and arrange pickup, courier return or freight where suitable.

WORKSHOP PROCESS

What Happens in Our Workshop

1. Inspection & Cleaning

We inspect your equipment, clean key areas where needed, and check for visible damage, wear, loose connections or signs of component failure.

2. Testing & Assessment

Our team tests the equipment to identify likely faults and determine whether repair, servicing or replacement parts are required.

3. Service or Repair

Once approved, we complete the required servicing or repair work using suitable parts where available, or source parts where required.

4. Final Testing & Documentation

Before return, we complete final checks and provide clear repair details, invoices and service notes where required.
