Return Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at office@aandswelding.com.au. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Organising Return Shipping

• We can provide a cost/quotation for return shipping using our couriers, who often offer discounted rates.

• Alternatively, customers may arrange their own return shipping and provide us with the delivery/tracking information.

Once the returned items are received and confirmed to be in resellable condition—unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging—we will notify you via email and issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
