Details
BT WELD FAB 500HD is a heavy-duty 500A multiprocess welding package for fabrication workshops. It combines synergic and manual MIG, gas and gasless MIG, DC TIG, Stick (MMA) and gouging capability with a separate four-roll wire feeder and trolley. Choose the air cooled or water cooled package.

- 500A output with 100% duty cycle at 500A, rated at 40°C over 10 minutes
- 415V three-phase input with a fitted 32A three-phase plug
- Synergic and manual MIG with gas or gasless wire capability
- DC TIG scratch start, Stick (MMA) and gouging capability
- Separate four-roll wire feeder; accepts D200 and D300 spools
- 2T, 4T, S4T and spot welding modes, with weld parameter storage
- Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) and thermal overload protection
- Manufacturer-rated maximum plate thickness of 30mm
- Suitable for mild steel, stainless steel and brass/copper; aluminium capability in MIG only
- 5-year limited manufacturer warranty
