Details

The Klingspor A 960 TZ Special is a thin Kronenflex cutting-off wheel for steel and stainless steel. Aluminium-oxide abrasive in a reinforced synthetic-resin bond provides a stable cutting edge, while the thin cut helps limit removed material and thermal load at the workpiece.

Sold as a full selling pack: 25 discs. One ordered quantity supplies the complete box, pack or set shown for the chosen SKU.

  • Thin cutting format helps minimise heat and discolouration.

Select diameter, thickness and bore for the angle grinder and material section. The thin wheel is intended to cut through its edge using the supported mounting and guard. Its reinforced construction supports the cutting format, while the article-specific RPM limit depends on the selected size. Observe the wheel’s permitted use and mounting instructions throughout the cut.

Selection and use

Choose the diameter, thickness and bore for the intended cutting machine and material. Cutting-off wheels work through their cutting edge and must be used in the intended cutting orientation. Use a compatible mounting and guard, and observe the wheel’s marked speed limit as well as the machine rating.

Maximum RPM and peripheral-speed values are article ratings, rather than recommended working speeds. Use the rating for the selected article and follow the limits marked on the abrasive, mounting accessory and machine.
