KLINGSPOR QRC 800 Quick-Change Discs are designed for grinding and finishing metals, stainless steel, paint, varnish.

The abrasive or tool is specified for Metals, Stainless steel, Paint, Varnish, Filling compound. Its construction and working form are detailed below, so material suitability, mounting and the selected article can be checked together.

Sold as a full selling pack: 50 discs; 25 discs. One ordered quantity supplies the complete box, pack or set shown for the chosen SKU.

Features and benefits

  • Hard non-woven material on a synthetic-fibre backing combines durability with surface conditioning.
  • Suitable for light deburring and removing rust or paint in small, difficult-to-reach areas.
  • Use with a matching QRC 555 pad; the plastic fastening locks with a half-turn.
  • Aluminium oxide abrasive grain for the listed material applications.
  • Resin bonding secures the abrasive grain to the working structure.

The open web provides a different working structure from a conventional coated abrasive and is suited to controlled surface refinement. Match the mounting and diameter to the machine and keep operation within the listed rating.
