Ceramic backing bars provide temporary backing at the root of a weld. The segmented ceramic pieces are supplied on aluminium foil strips, allowing the backing to follow the joint.

Choose the profile to suit the joint configuration and welding procedure. The supplier leaflet below shows the available profiles on 600mm strips. Please confirm the required profile, dimensions and supply quantity before ordering.
