ChemTools Zero Spat Blu-Coat Paintable Anti-Spatter is a heavy duty welding anti-spatter treatment that prevents spatter adhering to parts, tools and metal components. It provides immediate shielding and temporary protection against rust and corrosion, and is suitable for most manual, automatic and robotic welding applications.

The ASBLU formulation is intended for medium to large amounts of spatter or slag. It offers an economical way to reduce post-weld cleaning, including the grinding and brushing otherwise needed to remove adhered spatter. Its silicone-free, chlorinated-solvent-free formulation also simplifies preparation where parts will subsequently be painted or plated.
