Details
The Drillmate DMKIT2 mini annular cutter mounting kit adds a mini-cutter arbour to a suitable Drillmate portable drill press setup. Supplied with a 43mm bearing mount and mini arbour spindle, it accepts compatible mini annular cutters from 8mm to 25.5mm diameter for a 16mm depth-of-cut setup.
Choose this attachment when your job calls for mini annular cutters rather than a conventional drill chuck or standard 19mm-shank broach cutter. Its bearing-supported spindle carries the drilling feed load while a compatible battery drill supplies rotation. Select a suitable cutter and drill speed for the material being drilled.

Compatibility & What Else You Need
Use with a suitable Drillmate DM100 or DM100A portable drill press frame and compatible power drill. The DM100 accepts the 43mm bearing mount; the DM100A requires the appropriate shim from its supplied shim kit to accommodate a 43mm mount.
Add the DMHB01 five-piece imperial mini annular cutter set or DMHB702 seven-piece metric mini annular cutter set to build your mini-cutter setup. The frame, power drill and cutters are sold separately.
Check the cutter connection and depth of cut before ordering. For standard 19mm-shank broach cutters, choose the DMKIT3 mounting kit.
