DRILLMATE Portable Drill Press Frames & Accessories help apply controlled, even feed pressure when drilling with compatible electric, battery or air drills.

Important: This listing contains three different product types: drill press frames, mounting kits and mini cutter sets. Each option is sold separately. Follow the steps below before selecting a variant.

Key Features

  • 14:1 force ratio helps reduce operator effort
  • Provides controlled pressure at the drill bit or cutter
  • Suitable setups are available for drill bits, holesaws and annular cutters
  • Portable design for workshop and on-site drilling

Variants & Compatibility

Step 1 – Check Your Drill Collar

  • The collar is the round section immediately behind the drill chuck.
  • Measure its diameter and confirm that it has enough straight, parallel surface for the frame to clamp securely.
  • A tapered, obstructed or very short collar cannot be clamped directly, even if its diameter is correct.

Step 2 – Choose a Frame

  • 43mm straight, clampable collar: choose the DM100 frame.
  • 44mm, 45mm or 46mm straight, clampable collar: choose the DM100A frame. Its four-colour shim kit accommodates 43mm, 44mm, 45mm and 46mm collars.
  • Tapered or non-clampable collar: choose the DM100 frame plus the appropriate mounting kit from Step 3.

Frame Options – Frame Only

  • DM100 – 43mm frame for compatible electric drills
  • DM100A – 46mm frame for compatible air and electric drills; includes four-colour shim kit

Step 3 – Choose a Mounting Kit for Your Application

A mounting kit can be used when the drill collar cannot be clamped directly or when you need a specific chuck or arbour setup for drill bits, holesaws or annular cutters. You may still select a mounting kit even if your drill has a clampable collar.

  • DMKIT1 – for standard drill bits and holesaws; includes a 43mm bearing mount, spindle and 1-13mm chuck
  • DMKIT2 – for mini annular cutters from 8mm to 25.5mm; includes a 43mm bearing mount and mini arbour spindle
  • DMKIT3 – for standard broach cutters with a 19mm Waldon shank, 25mm depth of cut and diameters up to 40mm; includes a 43mm bearing mount and arbour

Optional Mini Cutter Sets

  • DMHB01 – five imperial mini cutters: 7/16in, 1/2in, 9/16in, 5/8in and 3/4in
  • DMHB702 – seven metric mini cutters: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm and 20mm
