Details
The Drillmate DMKIT3 broach cutter arbour mounting kit lets you use compatible standard 19mm-shank broach cutters in a suitable Drillmate portable drill press setup. The kit includes a 43mm bearing mount and arbour, with a specified capacity of up to 40mm cutter diameter and 25mm depth of cut.
Choose DMKIT3 for standard broach or annular cutters with a compatible 19mm shank. Its bearing-supported attachment is designed to carry the drilling feed load while a suitable battery drill supplies rotation. This provides a dedicated cutter mounting arrangement when your application needs more than a conventional chuck attachment.

Compatibility & What Else You Need
Use with a suitable Drillmate DM100 or DM100A portable drill press frame and compatible power drill. The DM100 accepts the 43mm bearing mount; the DM100A requires the appropriate shim from its supplied shim kit to accommodate a 43mm mount.
The frame, power drill and broach cutters are sold separately. Match the cutter shank, diameter and depth of cut to the arbour, and choose a drill with suitable capacity and speed for the cutter and material.
For mini annular cutters such as the DMHB01 and DMHB702 sets, choose DMKIT2. For twist drill bits and compatible holesaws, choose DMKIT1.
