Details

Klingspor KM 613 mounted flap wheels use flexible aluminium-oxide flaps for finishing metal, stainless steel, wood and plastic. The flap arrangement follows shaped surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, while a resin bond secures the grain for consistent material removal. The mounted shank fits compatible straight grinders and speed-controlled drilling equipment.

Sold individually: 1 wheel (each). One ordered quantity supplies one individual piece.

Selection and use

Match the wheel dimensions, shank or bore to the grinder and the space being finished. Select the grit for stock removal or surface refinement. Flexible flaps follow the surface as they work, but the permitted rotational speed still depends on the selected dimensions and the correct mounting.

Maximum RPM and peripheral-speed values are article ratings, rather than recommended working speeds. Use the rating for the selected article and follow the limits marked on the abrasive, mounting accessory and machine.
