Hi-Tec Oils Q-KUT 170 Neat Cutting Fluid A neat cutting fluid intended for medium to heavy-duty machining, grinding and threading where a high level of lubrication is required. Suitable for use on steel, difficult-to-machine high-nickel alloys and copper.

Key Features

  • Boundary and extreme-pressure lubricants provide film strength and lubrication for demanding machining operations.
  • Thin-film corrosion protection for machined components.
  • Bland odour compared with conventional sulphurised cutting oils.
  • Leaves a non-tacky oily film that can be removed using conventional alkaline or emulsion cleaners.
  • A non-sulphurised, non-chlorinated formulation.
