IRONWELD IW-20PRO Water Cooled Laser Welder is an industrial fibre laser platform for fabrication, production and repair work. The focused laser beam applies heat precisely, helping reduce distortion, spatter and post-weld cleanup compared with conventional arc welding processes.
Key Features
- True 2000W fibre laser output at a stated 100% duty cycle
- 3-in-1 system for laser welding, cutting and cleaning, with a quick-change lens hatch
- Single-phase 32A plug
- 3-year complete warranty
The IRONWELD Engineering Advantage
- Sealed closed-loop liquid cooling helps protect internal electronics and the fibre source from metallic dust and conductive workshop fibres
- High-conductivity copper earth connection helps reduce heat build-up at the contact point during high-output work
- 35/50 Dinse-style earth connection and quick-connect gas fitting for practical servicing and lead replacement
- Australian-standard connections and replacement parts for straightforward servicing
Operator-Focused Design
- Aluminium-bodied gun with a job-change button for switching between three preset job profiles without returning to the machine
- Premium leather cable shroud helps protect the laser cable from sparks, slag and abrasion
- Heavy-duty liner arm for dependable wire feeding
- Reinforced casters for moving around workshop floors, grates and uneven concrete
- Visit our Revesby, Sydney demo centre to see the machine in operation; free delivery and training are available
Why Choose Laser Welding?
- On 1-3mm material, travel speeds can be up to four times faster than conventional MIG welding
- Focused heat input creates a smaller heat-affected zone, helping minimise distortion on thin material
- Low-spatter welds can reduce grinding, cleaning and finishing time before coating or assembly
- Handheld operation allows the operator to weld one-handed while bracing or positioning the workpiece
