Product information
Details
The Klingspor SBR 100 is an abrasive cleaning stick for removing accumulated sanding dust from compatible machine-operated belts and discs. Clearing loaded debris exposes the working abrasive again and can extend useful abrasive life in woodworking applications.
Sold as a full selling pack: 1 cleaning stick. One ordered quantity supplies the complete box, pack or set shown for the chosen SKU.
Features and benefits
- Removes sanding residue that has loaded the abrasive surface.
- Suitable for compatible abrasive belts and discs.
- Supports continued cutting performance by clearing accumulated dust.
- Designed for woodworking abrasive maintenance.
Sanding dust can accumulate between abrasive grains, reducing the ability of a belt or disc to cut effectively even while useful grain remains. The cleaning stick removes this loading so the working surface is exposed again. Select the listed stick size for the maintenance setup, and follow the equipment instructions for contact with the abrasive. The stick is a maintenance item rather than an abrasive belt, backing pad or replacement machine component.
Suitable materials
Wood.
Typical applications
- Boat and shipbuilding
- Furniture industry

Selection and use
Use the cleaning stick only with compatible abrasive belts or discs and the machine maker’s permitted cleaning method. Removing accumulated sanding residue can expose the working abrasive again, but it does not repair a damaged backing or worn-out grain. Check the abrasive condition before continuing work.
