Details

PFERD SG STEELOX Cut-Off Wheels are aluminium oxide cutting discs for steel and stainless steel (INOX). The Performance Line SG range combines high cutting performance and long tool life for cutting profiles, sheet metal and solid material, and for cutting out openings.

Sold as a full box of 25 discs in the selected size. Quantity 1 purchases one complete box. Individual discs are not sold separately.

  • Thin-cut construction: Produces narrow cuts with minimal burr formation, reducing the amount of material removed at the cut.

Before You Buy

  • Match the selected disc diameter, thickness and 22.23 mm centre hole to the machine, guard and flange arrangement.
  • Maximum speed is 12,200 rpm for 61341122 (125 × 1.6 mm) and 6,600 rpm for 61328430 (230 × 1.9 mm). Never exceed the selected disc’s speed rating.
  • Both sizes are listed for compatible angle grinders. PFERD also lists drive-spindle use for the 125 × 1.6 mm disc; the 230 × 1.9 mm disc is listed for angle grinders.
  • Use these wheels for cutting. Follow the disc and machine instructions, use the correct protective guard, and wear eye, face and hearing protection, gloves and suitable respiratory protection. Do not use a damaged disc.
  • The grinder is sold separately.
