The PROFAX TR10000-2 Turning Roll is a 5-tonne drive and idler system for controlled rotation of larger cylindrical workpieces during welding and fabrication. Adjustable wheel spacing and a low-voltage hand pendant support reliable setup and operation.

Key Features:

  • 4,535kg load capacity across the drive and idler set.
  • Adjustable wheel spacing for 300mm to 2.4m diameter workpieces.
  • Variable rotation speed from 0–45 IPM.
  • Polyurethane-over-steel wheels rated to 135°C.
  • Compatible with the IR-5000 additional idler for up to 6,802kg rotational capacity.
