The PROFAX TR20000-2 Turning Roll is a 10-tonne drive and idler system for controlled rotation of large cylindrical workpieces during welding and fabrication. It combines adjustable wheel spacing, heat-resistant polyurethane-over-steel wheels and pendant control for workshop use.

  • Adjustable wheel spacing for 500mm to 4.8m diameter workpieces.
  • Variable rotation speed from 0–48 IPM.
  • 127 × 317mm polyurethane-over-steel wheels rated to 135°C.
  • Compatible with the IR-10000 additional idler for up to 13,607kg rotational capacity.
