The PROFAX TR40000-4 Turning Roll is a 20-tonne drive and idler system for controlled rotation of large cylindrical workpieces during welding and fabrication. Twin motors, adjustable wheel spacing and pendant control support heavy workshop applications.

Key Features:

  • 18,143kg load capacity across the drive and idler set.
  • Adjustable wheel spacing for 500mm to 5.4m diameter workpieces.
  • Variable rotation speed from 6–64 IPM.
  • Twin 1 HP motors and polyurethane-over-steel wheels rated to 135°C.
  • Compatible with the IR-20000 additional idler for up to 27,215kg rotational capacity.
