UNIMIG ENVY OMNI 220 AC/DC (U11596) is a true all-in-one welding and cutting platform built for workshop and onsite versatility. Combining single and double pulse MIG, high-frequency AC/DC TIG, MMA and plasma cutting in one machine, it delivers advanced control, broad material capability and streamlined setup for fabrication professionals who want one unit that can do it all.
Key Features
- All-in-One Multi-Process Performance: MIG, AC/DC TIG, MMA and plasma cutting from a single platform.
- Single & Double Pulse MIG: Lower heat input, reduced spatter and smoother results on aluminium and thin materials.
- AC/DC High-Frequency TIG: Weld mild steel, stainless, aluminium, copper, titanium, magnesium and zinc alloys with advanced AC/DC control.
- MIG & TIG Smart-Set: Synergic setup modes help dial in material, gas and welding parameters quickly.
- Fast, Clean Plasma Cutting: Pilot arc start with up to 20mm mild steel cut capacity and 25mm severance capacity.
- Automatic Polarity Switching: Change process without manual cable swapping to reduce setup time and downtime.
- Line Resistance Detection: Compensates for welding cable resistance to maintain a steadier arc and cleaner bead formation.
- Digital 4 Geared Wire Feed System: Strong, even feed pressure for smooth feeding across steel and softer wires like aluminium.
- Full Size Spool Compatibility: Accepts both D200 and D300 spools for longer uninterrupted weld time.
- Smart Fan Technology: Reduces noise, dust intake and unnecessary fan operation to help extend internal component life.
